Learning to look
Training the eye before drawing a line: observing, measuring, comparing and understanding forms, to draw with more confidence and sensitivity.

Building the image
From basic shapes to more complex compositions. Proportion, structure, volume, light and perspective, to learn to build a drawing from its foundations.

Finding your own eye
Drawing as a starting point for a sensitivity of your own. A solid base for moving on to painting and discovering new possibilities of expression.
Places are allocated in order of request at the start of each term, with no commitment.
